Tag As FavoriteComment		Tio is Lance's older brother who opposes him in the war. He is also a Nocturnal. He keeps trying to convince Lance to join his side. Of course, Lance doesn't accept. About this picture: This is the first colored character drawing for Tio. I got the clothes and hair perfect but messed up on the face and the way he is holding the sword.
