It's a nicec drawing, but really, keep in mind for ears - any kind of humanoid ears, generally speaking the bottom attach point of the ear is on line with the bottom of the nose, and the top online with the midlevel of the eye. The lobe can go beyong this, of course, but the attach points tend to stay the same. Check out in the mirror., and try fixing this, or another drawing with that trick, and compare the difference. It should look more realistic
