Did you know that your drawings look even better in this than they do when I saw you drawing them? Even then I thougt that they were amazing!!!

Anyway must do the *First Comment Dance* and I ORDER that you draw some more and put them on *Eyes glaze over dreamily*
The drawings are great and you kow they are.

You´re art is not bad for your age, i think those good comments from friends have gotten to your head though, when you get comments like that you have to bear in mind who they are from. Anyway i´ve given you a some advice on your pictures and i hope you choose to acept it (if only a little). You are a very promasing artist and keep on at it despite what you are told, practice maks perfect.  Diane E. Gregory replies: "'those good comments from friends have gotten to your head' i would have to disagree. i think highly of my work because im proud of it. i know that there are mistakes or faults in all of them, some easier to spot than others, im still proud of the good points. i've never once said that my work is 'brilliant' or anything of the sort but i'd like to know where you got the thought from. i have to say that some of your comments did make me want to occasionally put my fist through the wall but everyone's entitled to an opinion. besides if they are honest remarks then so be it, write what you truely feel. at the risk of sounding like a greetings card i'm going to stop typing. I think that a lot of the problems people are having with the anatomy (not all, but some) is the fact that its all in pencil and its difficult to distinguish subtle differences in lines/shading/etc. Good work though. | |
