Wow. Amazing. It looks like an ivory water dragon or something... Just for a tip... Make the fingers a little thicker, because if the dragon happened to be propelling through the water, he would need fingers that could stand up to the pressure of the water pushing against the membrane between the fingers. And, the dragon should a have some sort of a fin on the tail to push him through the water. Otherwise, it's an excellent picture and the anatomy is great for something like this. ^_^

This is a really amazingly cool drawing!!! 1 I really like the shading and I also just love its eye!! I also like his hands/fin things, they really make him aquatic like. ^^
