Well drawn picture, though it's kinda out of focus. Interesting thought. I wonder; is there any to make a seductive looking fish-mermaid.

You're prob'ly right about evolution..Mermaids would either have to have gills like fish or have blowholes like dolphins and be able to stay underwater for only two minutes at a time.
