I had tons of fun drawing this, and it came out just as I'd pictured it. Why did I imagine my cat as the star of the national Irish football team? Who knows! See how the soccer ball is also a ball of yarn?

I was wondering, are soccer goal posts red? I know they are in hockey, so that's how I drew them. I'm not sure if this is going to get past the moderators, since it isn't the elfy kinda fantasy, but have you ever seen a an adorablely cute soccer playing cat? Nope, don't exist, so it's fantasy :D

18 Feb 2006	Terra	Loading... Cute. Soccer is great. My favorite sport. I don't think i have ever seen read goal posts. That would be friggin sweet though! They are usually white. I can't recall seeing any other color. Nice coloring by the way. Diana N Carter replies: "Hahaha, thx Terra"

26 May 2006	Anonymous	Loading... This is a wonderful fantasy picture. The cat is sooooooooo cute. You must really love your cat because he is in a lot of pictures that you draw. I love the idea of the yarn soccer ball, but I think that the flag behind him is the flag of Italy not of Ireland. Once again, wonderful job! Diana N Carter replies: "Thanks Anonymous. Yes, my family really does love our cat. But I assure you that this is the flag of Ireland. Italy's is green, white and red. Ireland's is green white and orange. Alot of countries have this kind of tri-coloured flag, actually."
