SciFi and Fantasy Art Harvester of Souls by Elke Dobben


	My version of the Grim Reaper, this is what he would look like in my universe :) I'm very happy with this picture for several reasons. 1. I haven't made such a detailed piece in ages. 2. My imagination and creativity have finally returned!! Please comment :)

I admire your work i draw also, and i love your style of drawing, i frequently come here to find ideas and look at other peoples art, and yours is quite nice, i could look at it for sometime, detail is good, worth taking forever aye? Interesting how everyone thinks the god(or lord) of death is a hottie(not to make fun of them or anything, i agree with them actually!!)by the way i wouldn't mind living in your world everything would be so pretty and lovely and huggable(well maybe not the god of death he might hurt you)but another magnificent art. 17 May 2003	Rhinnon	Loading... drops jaw amzing..it's very deailed, what type wood is it? would that thin piece of wood hold the blade of the sicle? Nonetheless, it's an amazing and very detailed picture, I love it. keep up the good work! Elke Dobben replies: "Sigh. Yeah, the wood was a mistake, it's too thin The blade of the scythe would just drop off, and probably land on his own foot like that Too late to fix. Thankies for the comment tho "

Nice wings and clothing! keeps staring for a couple minutes Elke Dobben replies: "Thank you! Yes, the contrasts aren't that great, it's an old picture, bad scan all of those excuses And then ofcourse the fact that I really need to contrast more. Thanks for the comment."
22 Feb 2004	Ann	Loading... his eyes are sharper then blades, sharper than rays of sunlight, but they are the softest pools, I ever wanted to drown in Can I have his address? Elke Dobben replies: "I wish I knew where he lived, but he wanders a lot collecting the souls of the dead, he's never really in one place for long. Nice poetry, btw."
