Yes, I know, Love Potions are forbidden at Hogwarts, but don't tell the Potions Master that...My first real attempt at drawing Alan Rickman. I actually really messed this one up, and I had to cover part of his face and re-draw it, because I spilt paint on it, and I was very angry. *scowl* As you may, or may not have noticed, that is a heart-shaped bottle. I own a bottle just like that in blue. That's where the inspiration came from. It was Donna Bond who encouraged me to have a go at drawing Rickman, I only hope she doesn't strangle me for copying her! Media used here include pencil crayon and waterclour. Completed over 2 days including 'repair' work.

First Hello! I think you've done a great job, but I think his hand is not correct. But your idea to draw him with this potion is excellent. Maybe he uses this potion because he is in love with someone, who knows ??

This is great. And it does look like Rickman. A younger Rickman, but then again Snape IS actually some 20 years younger than the actor, so in some ways this is a more canon movie Snape (an oxymoron I know but who cares?) The hand isn't bad, actually it's close to what it would look like when you're gripping a potion bottle that way. Looks fine to me. And I love the hair. Just the right amount of sheen to make it look greasy (and that's harder to pull off than one should think!)

Your attraction to the evil guys brings forth really neat pictures! This is (yet again) truly a work of art!! (Only one thing -I've noticed this in several pictures of yours- sometimes one or two fingers seem a little odd...)
