	Well I finally got a gryphon up. I hope everyone likes my style of drawing gryphons (or griffin as your preferance on spelling may be) Don't ask me why but in my style, gryphons have horns, a lion's mane, and the front legs of a raptor (as in a bird of prey not the dino from Jurassic Park lol)

Better than mine any way. I prefer to turn the mane into a mane of feathers but fur does look cool! I love his wings and very sly job of hiding the hind legs. I think aside from the talons they are the hardest part to draw. Very cool gryph! D. 'Kei' Douglass replies: "Actually I wasn't trying to hide the hind legs. The hind legs are a helluva lot easier to draw than the talons but that is the end of the paper. lol I had to fit his butt on the paper without cramping the poor guy up. Besides he look more comfortable laying half on his side. The next Gryph I post will show the rest of the body... Maybe an In-flight drawing I dunno yet."
