SciFi and Fantasy Art MirkwoodElf by Kelli doyle

For a class assignment, wer were to design characters and places for The Hobbit without using characters and places previously used in the LOTR series.
I was excited to draw elves for a School assignment and jumped at the chance (in fact I was the ONLY person to draw elves for the Assignment!) In research I learned a great deal more about the world of LOTR, and wound up drawing this guy.
I kind of like to think of him as a dressed-down Thranduil.

9 Jul 2004	Kendra Tucker	Loading... I REALLY LIKE!!!!!!! I LOVE the costume designs, there are sooo many cool, leafy details, I'm just drooling... Way to be creative. Grabs him and breaks for it Kelli doyle replies: "I don't think I could have pulled this off as well if it wasn't for the "Wars and Warfare of The Lord of the Rings Trilogy" It outlined every war in the films, as well as all of the main characters armor and clothing, and significance of each item, it even went into detail about the design of elven and orcish helms- a MARVEL!"
