I supPOSE that's a good excuse.
The music sounds great. I've been writing a lot of music, lately, myself. (Of course, I'm not in a band, so it doesn't do me much good.) And trying (not for the first time) to learn guitar. I think I may succeed this time. If I don't, I may give up altogether, because I have formed and lost finger calluses too many times. By which I mean once before, and now I'm in the process again. I'd forgotten just how much it hurts. So yeah, good luck with the band, but don't abandon us here on Elfwood! Tom Solomons
replies: "Well yeah, I remember when I first stopped getting blisters. If you want real calluses try playing bass ^_^ I remember I used to get blisters the size of raisins on my fingers and I'd have to pop them myself later... Good times...
Anyway, it's been very busy for me, but we've got a gig on Saturday and someone from Sony BMG will be there so I've been concentrating on that. Also, by some stroke of luck I've managed to find a ladyfriend so that takes up my time too T_T
I'm sorry Erin but it looks like Kasaan is on hiatus for a bit..."

Hem, hem, friend Tom. What happened to that first resolution? Where are the updates?
Tsk, tsk. Tom Solomons
replies: "OH NO!!!!! Okay, I can explain. I've been busy, very busy. Go here to see why - www.myspace.com/13riots
Have a listen if you want...
Also, I can't be inspired to write songs and stories at the same time, I have no idea why, but I've been writing a lot of songs recently and it's taken a toll on Kasaan. However, I have the summer to try and catch up ^_^"

to answer your question on Alice's page (in case you didn't see my reply), it'd be fine, but remind her that she needs *two* total stories/poems before she can have an Elfwood page.
>Matt Tom Solomons
replies: "Oh wow, thanks ^_^ I'll let her know."

Wow. No comments since August. Jesu. [huggles] Tom Solomons
replies: "Ho hum, it could be worse, I mean, I've slightly brought it upon myself. Anyways, I have a little piece which I just wrote that will probably end up on here when I get a break from work. gah, it sucks, it's my holiday and I'm stuck working all through it *sigh*."

Hello! Just wanted to let you know that the next adventure of Ted Clark, zombie tax attorney, is up. Tom Solomons
replies: "Awesome, I’ll be along presently!"

Hello Tom Solomons
replies: "Why hello, and welcome to my dusty shelf. You look new in the Woods, what’s up?"

The page for Ache is all screwed up. I left a comment visible in my outbox, but not on your page. FYI.
Your stories are well written. I like the plots in some of them, how they go in a different direction than I expected. Tom Solomons
replies: "I’m glad you like them, but to be honest, and this will sound horrible, I’m really not bothered who can view Ache and who can’t as I hate that story and expect everyone else to do so too, to be honest.
Sorry about that, either way, I’m glad you liked it, although I’m sure you mst be the only one.
A FEW MINUTES LATER: Oh, how disappointing, I’ve read all your stories already, that’s a pity. You’d better let me know when you upload more, okay?"

So here I am! I have emerged, blinking, into the sunlight, and I have to tell you it’s doing my pale self no favors. But you dragged me out, Tom, it’s your fault. So, give me the tour. No "Ache" because you don’t like it. Is everything else for reading then? Tom Solomons
replies: "I’d say everything else is great for the reading, but you’ve done it already! Great to have you back Simi ^_^"

Heyhey! After a very long time, I’ve got a new short piece up. Thought you might like to know. Tom Solomons
replies: "I’m on it like the Pope defecating in the woods. And I think I’ve already left my mark upon it..."

Hey! your writing is really good! ever thought aboutgetting it published? a couple of my poems have been published but theyre nowhere near as good as what u can write. You could get published easily! Tom Solomons
replies: "Wow, thanks very much, I mean, yeah, I’ve thought about trying to get my stuff published, but I’m no way near confident enough in it for that. I’m perhaps a little too self-critical of my work to let anyone else really get their claws into it in a professional way. What did you think of the specific piece though? And thanks for stopping by!"
