"A Moments Pity" by Jennifer L Jones

I was told once that the lack of gender identifying traits on the "witch" made this drawing very appealing (the person who said this is almost as random as I am *glee*).

Originally, I had a long story-like dialogue for this drawing, but I've forgotten it over the months.  To the point, this image is supposed to represent prejudice  in most all it's forms, and how easy it is to overcome them.  Good (the Angel) and Evil (the Witch)... Good feeling the pain of what is right, and Evil consoling/comforting his/her enemy.  A moment of compassion where titles mean nothing.  Proof that above all else, love is the mightiest of all things.

Yeah... doesn't make any sense, does it?  I liked the idea, so nya.  Plus, there's just something appealing about all those old sculptures of Angels that you find in really old cemetaries and Cathedrals.
