this is quite impressive . quite noteworthy is your use of the subject focal point (the rider & the moose) & the mighty panarama of the background sky.

RANT ABOUT HOW AWESOME MOOSE ARE:

Moose are far cooling than most [real] mounts and this image says why - THEY ARE HUGE! okay, maybe not quite that big but close enough, but still, they are something you could actually ride in real life! Would definitely like to put in a decent effort to ride one, and have a picture of it and maybe a video, before I die. - A cow moose preferably because I can see myself being knocked off by them antlers in two seconds on a Bull Moose. Must be the first thing these guys learn when riding them.

BACK TO PICTURE:

Lovely work on the clouds, they are not as easy to draw as they seem to be.

I think I would be more inclined to wear leather than metal since the terrain Moose live in are not quite forgiving in the temperature sense of things - AKA - FREAK’N COLD! I could see myself having quite a hard time putting my cold armor on in the morning 17

The pike is definitely well suited to the riding beast.

The style of this piece, I feel, is really appropriate to the climatic region it is portraying too.

Awesome work. 1

:-) Dragos Stanculescu replies: "Ah but then he would have to be riding a yak! 2 ( Sorry, bad Ren and Stimpy flashback 1 ) Thank you 2"
