ABsolutely incredible! I cannot say enough good things about this picture! I really like it. But i think that all the black lines take away from it. Aside from that... incredible.

Desert Juliette? Hm, I'd not want to go wandering the deserts wearing clothing like that. I don't really like her face because she reminds me of Laura Croft, but that's just me. I still think it's a great picture!
I really like the hood. ^^

This is a fantastic character and costume design! This reminds me a lot of the concept sketches for the characters in the Star Wars prequels, which generally looked far cooler than the final product on the screen. 2

The linework is very clean, and the coloring is sharp and dynamic. Very professional-looking. I wish I could design costumes this well, but too often I lack the patience to work through it. Well done!

Amazing artwork! Her face reminds me of Evangeline Lilly - a very gorgeous actress. You managed to look her both tough and beautiful. I also like the design of her desert outfit. It looks functional and fashionable just as well. I would like to have seen the whole picture... and I am wondering if there is a story behind that wonderful piece of art.
