| 1 Apr 2003 | Rhea Karvanis | Very very nice stuff youve got here. Great shading and everythign! One thing though - > maybe you wanna analyze the contours of a face. your expressions are very good, adn your faces arent that bad, but your pictures are amazing, and to improve just a wee bit on drawing faces would make them phenominal Michael Peters replies: "Thx for stopping by. Love the criticism and I stopped by your page as well. Good luck!" | |

| 10 Apr 2005 | Michelle R. Morrison (May) | Wonderful work, especially, as several others have mentioned, on the shading. One thing that stands out to me though is that in the drawings of humans/elves/human-type-things, the bodies seem realistic whereas the faces tend to be more cartoony. Face references are a simple solution, as well as just sitting around staring at people. It may sound creepy, but it's amazing to see how much it helps. Also, looking at skulls, anatomy books... what am I saying? You take art classes. You know how that works. Keep it up and maybe you'll become a big artist who draws backgrounds and everything! | |
