Your work is very energetic and full of life, nice expressive style, I do not think you should completely discard your older color techniques though, you should use a combination of the two, coloring/creating your backgrounds digitally, but doing your characters by hand... your earlier pieces have a nice wash of colors that make them more interesting and lifelike, in comparison to your later digital works, and vis versa in regards to the background... don’t know if that will be possible for you to do or not... but nice work again, Namaste Creator! I havent considered combining the two mediums but thats a good suggestion, I remember the backrounds were always the toughest things to do right when I colored pre-digitally. Also each piece used to take me months which is one reason I havent gone back to traditional media just yet but im planning to as soon as a I can free up some weeks" | |
