I did this specifically for a sushi chef, but ended up just giving it to the restaurant he worked for.  We go there all the time.  I wanted it to be in non-water - colors, as in, not just blue or green.  I ended up going with the opposite, flame colors, and the original came out really vibrant.  My scanner mutes the colors and dulls the picture.
