This was just me playing around after a vampire game. I don't know the girl's story, but I like the shadowy figure in the castle window.

She doesn't look like she had fun up there...

Very nice picture, you've captured her sadness well I say.

Her sadness and pain show very well. You captured the mood. The shadowy figure is a nice touch.I love the way you colored this.

It seems like it needs to be in a night time setting, though. I like the picture, love the figure of your vampire and the shadowy figure, but I would prefer it to be in a nighttime setting. 12 If it is, it doesn't look like it is.

:-) Andrea M. L. Wylie replies: "Well, it IS supposed to be night - that's the moon behind her.. I just didn't make the sky dark enough... not enough shadows... but I do love the little shadowy guy in the castle.."

Wonderfully expressive. You've captured her emotions very well. Poor thing.

You've really captured her emotion well. I really like the figure in the window. I doubt she knows he's watching her, he's probably just waiting for his next chance to feed on her blood

I know her story:

Night had fallen, and the lovely woman, Elizabeth, needed shelter for the night. she found a castle, and went towards it to see if she could stay for the night. as she neared the castle, she met a dark figure.
"why are you coming towards this castle?" he asked her.
"I need a place to stay" said Elizabeth.
"I may allow you to spend the evening here" said the man.
"thank you, sir, should I pay you something?" asked Elizabeth.
"I do not need your money, however, there is something you could give me..."
suddenly he grabbed her and bared shining fangs.
she screamed and tried to get away, her dress was torn, but she got away and tried to run. she stumbled a cut herself badly. she tried to stand up, but he leaned over her and bit into her neck.
she lay there, to exhausted to move, as he went back up to the castle.
he watched from the window, and watch her begin a slow transformation into a vampire
