Hello all! *waves* I’m trying to think of things to say about me. This is hard. I don’t think I’ve ever had to talk about myself for some long extended period of time. I mean, I never ever talk about myself.

    I’m lying. *apologies*

So anyway, what is it that anyone would want to know? Um, okee. I’m 14, and I’m 5”6.

    I lied again. I’m 5”2.

See? I need to work on that.

Ok. I play the flute. I actually like my flute too. Pathetic isn’t it? My life consists of reading, writing, playing my flute, working at the little bookstore down the road and talking to my boyfriend on the phone.

    See? I’m boring.

So… since real life is boring I’m going to make stuff up. Ready? Ok. Dear lord, now I sound like Jane Fonda. Do you remember those little Jane Fonda movies? Where she’s like “Ready? OK! Now beennnnddd… and snap! Again, lets beennnddd and snap!” Ech. I don’t know how anyone could possibly get that into exercising. It is amazing how that woman can sit there with a smile on her face and say “Bennndddd and snap!” while all of us poor people trying to get in shape are in agony and want to punch miss Fonda’s face in, even if she is in the TV and so then when you punch the screen, not only does your whole body ache from listening to that devil woman, but your knuckles hurt from punching the glass screen, and miss Fonda has moved on to the next exercise and you are now supposed to be “Stepping up, then down. Now up, then down.”

I forgot to make stuff up. There’s another of my problems. I’m too forgetful. I forget everything that it is humanly possible to forget. Well, that’s not really true. I don’t forget everything. But I’m done talking about myself.

That wasn’t so hard as I thought. ^_^

The Address Book

Welcome to my address book! These are people you should visit, because they’re writing/art work has done something that makes them stand out to me. ^_^

Alice Hyde: Alice one of my bestest friends on Elfwood! She’s the one who was nice enough to put in all the html to make my bio look pretty. ^_^ When you go to her site, I would have to suggest ‘To Dance,’ it’s short, but it’s one of my favorites. AND I HAVE A CHARACTER IN THERE! (if you read that story my character is Amber. ^_^)

Lizzy: Lizzy is my other really good friend on here. ^_^ She writes lots of poetry, which is all quite worth your time to read. She even dedicated a story to me! When she posts it, I shall notify you what it is. ^_~

Taylor O’Connor: She made me a picture!! For Tournament of Thieves. She’s a good artist too! Her pictures are adorable! Lots of little anime people! And she can draw guy anime people which is more then I can do. (BUNNY IS MINE!!)

Charlene M. Mattson: Her work is amazing! What else can I say? No words... Check out Atlantau! I haven’t finished it yet, but is shall! Soon! (promise Charlene!) Adele Sessler: All I can say is if you haven’t seen her art, you are deprived. I don’t know her or anything, but she is an awesome artist.

And not from Elfwood...

Cassandra Claire: She writes HP fan fiction, and it is really really really really good. If you liked Harry Potter, Cassandra is a MUST read, let me tell you!

Amy Brown: She does fairies and stuff. Again, if you haven’t seen her art, you are dearly deprived. Also go to Amy’s Fairy Shop; there’s a bunch of other artists there that are worth your time to see. ^_^

The Book Shelf

Beauty: Bernadette is one of three girls in her family, and she is always over looked. Not the Prettiest, not the most sought after, but absolutely the most intelligent, Bernadette finally meets the one who may just be her match.

Common Misconceptions: This story is true to it’s title- it points out a few common misconceptions people seem to have about Fantasy species.

Mr. Strovoccan’s Servants: This is about a thief who works for a strange man with strange rules that she has to live by. It’s got a little twist at the end which, I admit, made me feel oh-so-clever. ^_^

*The Fairy Tales* Prince Charming: This is the story of Snow White told from the Prince’s point of view. Understand that there are a lot of mistakes in this story, and a lot of things that I want to change, but I’m scared that if I try to replace the story the little mod’s choice star will go away, so please overlook all those little errs.

*The Fairy Tales* Purple Curtains: This is the story of Sleeping Beauty, but it’s written in a dialogue between her and the prince. The title will make sense after you read the story. ^_~

*The Fairy Tales* Zelly the Queen: This is the story of Rapunzel told from Rapunzel’s point of view, where the prince is the bad guy the witch is the good guy, and Rapunzel doesn’t mind the arrangement in the tower at all.

The Mer: It was an English paper. I had to describe something. It was a descriptive essay, actually. I got an 89. An 89 in ENGLISH! I thought I was going to die. Here it is though, feel free to witness my shame…

Of Players and Poets: This is my favorite story, and my second finished chapter story thing. To sketch it out, it’s about a princess whose father is slowly being poisoned by a rival king who wants his kingdom. When princess T’analee witnesses her brothers murder and hears that she is to be next, she flees the country. She plans to find a man who is rumored to know the cure to any malady, etc… whom she hopes can save her father. On the way, she meets Alaric, a man with a hidden past and a guarded heart. He helps her on her quest to find the Hermit who she believes will be able to help her father… and I can’t tell you more with out giving the ending away. I can however say that the Hermit does not have some magical cure to give her. ^_^

Till Death Do Us Part: A sad poem about a prince who is in love with a shepardess who is killed by order of his father when the Prince swears that he won’t marry any one else, so he commits suicide. I was rather depressed at the time I wrote it, can you tell?

To Dreams and Dragons: A group of people show up one night at Stephan’s home. Stephan is a healer, and the man who appears to be leading the group asks him to heal a girl they have with him- though not with herbs, but with magic. Stephan, who was not aware that he could use magic at all ends up botching the job and gets himself linked to her. I haven’t finished it yet, and it’s next in line behind Tournament of Thieves, so I don’t know when it will be done.

The Princess of Cavernlee: A story about a hopeless knight who falls in love… and meets a few obstacles along the way. It isn’t long- just kind of a cute story I wrote in my spare time.

The Rose: The story focuses around a rose and I tried to tell the story around what happens to the flower. See if you like it!

The Wish: This story is the typical wish gone awry kind of thing about a girl who wishes that she never has to move again- her father is in the British Navy.

Tournament of Thieves: A king holds literally, a tournament of thieves. He has a few priceless artifacts that will bring the one who owns them great wealth. The king challenges four of his nobles to hire thieves to steal the relics. The Lords are required to disguise their thief as part of their Family/entourage and the objects must be stolen during a banquet with out the thieves being missed. It also follows the lives of the thieves who are in a few words kidnapped and told lies to beguile them into doing as the Lord’s bid.

Memories of a Vampire: A vampires thoughts as he explains himself, or rather, hints at his identity, to his former girlfriend. I had fun writing his commentary.

Vanity is a Sin: It’s about just that- vanity.

War: I have to say that it’s really just not worth your time to read…

A Comical Wedding: My only other poem; about a wedding and the events leading up to it. ^_^

The Desk (or things waiting to get done/current projects)

~The next chapter in Tournament of Thieves

~The revision/rewriting of S.O.A.Q. (a story that was up a little while ago that I took down to make room for other things)

~Working on a story with Lizzy about why guys are stupid. We came up with quite a list, her and I. *nod* Should anyone like to send suggestions to add to the list, e-mail them to me!! *points to the e-mail button* Or Lizzy, either one of us. ^_^ And yes, we understand that not all guys are stupid, and that some are sweet and nice and the whole bit, but we, as girls, thought it was our duty to point out why they are less intelligent then us females. Also, GUYS **and** GIRLS can e-mail me reasons why it is harder to be a guy/girl. Not for that story, but I think I’d have fun having my characters arguing about which it is harder to be. ^_^

~Cleaning up my page; taking off stuff that I don’t want there any more, things that I feel are to old, maybe revising some of the things that are in dire need of revision.

~GETTING THROUGH THE SCHOOL YEAR! Good Lord, I am so ready for it to be over!

    Tis all! Enjoy!

oo, and special thankees to Alice who did my bio for me, as i wouldn't know how to start with making all that colorful and pretty and linked!

*eyes you*

I haven't talked to you in . . . a long time! And the last time I talked to you, we had a stupid conversation about AP Biology, or something equally ridiculous. *rolls eyes*

*sniffs* I miss you. IM me, or something, but I don't know your screen name. Eh.

Oh yeah. I have bronchitis. Wheeee! I know. Aren't you envious of all the fun I'm having? ;]
