Well, I thought about commenting on each of your pictures individually...but then I realized that I'd only be repeating myself over and over again. ;o) Your skill with oils is amazing! I am extremely impressed with the color palettes you choose: not super-saturated, but still intense and vibrant. Your lighting, shading, and compositions are simply excellent.

It's so refreshing to find an Elfwood artist who works so incredibly well with oils! One of the best I've seen here. Your art shows the kind of quality that I aspire to in my own painting. If you have a few moments sometime, I'd be grateful if you dropped by my gallery and gave me a few tips on improving my own oil painting. (Though I know that formal training would do me quite a bit of good. ;o)
