spirit of a horse

this is my second attempt with this on elfwood - it was approved on epilogue, so i really dont know why it doesnt fit in this area...its a ghost of a horse...it doesnt even look like an normal horse...

this is an illustration for a book of one of my favorit polish writers - Julian Kawalec. The book is called ' Mr horse' but its no fairytale...its horrible and realistic tale of poor horses and their terrible fortune... my fav is about a wonderfull horse - pureblood english horse which was stolen from his master and made to pull heavy things...when he died 'he broke to gallop'...

I've been on horses running that fast. It's fantastic, especially when u know that they want ot run, that they're not running to please anyone, just running because that is what they want.

I really like this one,love the color you used.The horse is very good.Maybe i should sign up with elfwood & display my horse art..but i really like this one.

Great job, I love the speed within the picture. This reminds me of my own idea for a book or graphic novel; same sort of story.

Pretty good, I like it. There’s a lot of movement in it and I love the way the muscles look. Did you use a reference? I think the legs/feet look strange but I don’t really know. Anyway, good job!
