Well, hello there... Figured I should leave a few words here since I've been rifling and rummaging through your shelf for the past half-hour or so... Seems that Lucas and Megan have left enough comments on the individual pieces, and both of them have enough insight to have provided you with the right mix of praise and constructive criticism... Enjoyed listening to your poetry as well as reading it (maybe more)...

Ok, this may sound pathetic, but it's true. Aftre I read most of your poems (and I was going to read them all if I had more time) and I enjoyed them so much, I came back today and scrolled through the list of two-thousand and someodd names to find your elfshelf here. Is this sad?? Maybe, but your work is incredible, and from your pic, you look like a hottie, even though the bear blocks you. ~thinking he said a little too much now~

wow, looks like I've read all your poems. I hope you get more in soon, I'll keep coming back once in awhile to look for more.... until then, I tip my hat to a master of raw emotion, and a queen of imagery

Alright!! Elfwood's back ~cheers~ woohoo!!! hopefully this means that there will be more poetry soon.... ~hoping but not pushing..... after all, great poetry is inspired, not written for the sake of writing~

a few statements:
1) I'm crazy too, and proud of it!
2) I couldn't find anything that made me comment, so that's why I only wrote what I felt like writing instead of trying to write useful things to make you an even better writer, because I can't. It's as simple as that. YOU should tell ME where my flaws are...but then, I don't hav emany poems on Elfwood...
3) Love your name...
4) makes me wonder what the M stands for...

*begins convusling on your floor* Poems... poems... poems... NOOOOOO! Make them go away.... *sobs horribly*

After almost two years, I’ve been considering resuscitating “The Project” -- if so, would you be interested? I expect it would again operate in the same fashion as the earlier editions, and I will attempt to gather a group consisting of former contributors as well as “newbies”… If this sounds like “fun” to you, email me (or just drop by my Wyverns shelf) to let me know!

I've felt it was a shame, Dawn, that you wrote a piece for Project#5 and it turned out to be the LAST project for almost two years... Moreover, if it weren't for the effort you and Chris Heisserer put into Proj#5, I would have been forced to consider it a total failure... It would be great to revisit the "Wonders of the World" topic again someday because I see so much potential in that topic... Well, that won't be at the top of my priority list, but it is something to think about... Anyway, I hope you weren't discouraged by the meager yield of Project#5 and might be willing to give "The Project" another try... Hope to hear from you soon!
