Lovely! I'd say you've really captured some "eerie watery sheen" with the choice of colors and highlighting. A+!

not bad work, but I think for art noveau there should be more vertical visual lines (not just a tall canvas) and an emphasis on natural curvy lines like plant stems etc and you have quite angular cobwebs although the placement of them is good. Uh was that constructive?... *checks dictionary* hmm sorry if not
