I decided that there were too many problems with the other pic of Ashara and Zero, so I redid it. I added 'Random Troll Guy' on the side there, in part, because I wanted to, in part because I needed to balance the frame. I also tightened up the design of the characters a bit, and changed Zeros pose. The othe was too... odd, her face too flat, and her expression too crosseyed. The hat still vexes me, but I think it's a good vexing now. I'll leave the other one up for a while so that the two can be compared. What think you?

I think I figured out why the hat doesn't feel right to you. Maybe the brim should be lower, coming just above her eyes. It's such a bulky hat that if it sat on the back of her head like that it would fall off.

I like CP better than Shadowrun too. This version works better than the last one, but I like it without the troll guy (*hides*). Everyone else is in motion, but he's just standing there. The poses seem more thought out. One thing you might want to work on is the depth and shading. If you look at it without focusing, it's a jumble of lines with little bits of values here and there - you can't make out much distinctly. It took me a while to figure out the thing on her head was a hat, and it would have helped to distinguish it if the coat of the character behind her (Ashara?) were of a darker value. I knew this was of a Shadowrun game the moment I looked at it, and it's a great character portrait. 1

For Jeannie... I shall try the lower brim on the hat on the next revision of the picture. =) Thanks for the input, now to see how it works. =) For Drea: Hrm... Really? Wierd. Anything you'd change on it? Talk to me, let's see what we can come up with. =)

I like the other one better. 8 I dunno what it is, but I do. On this one, i only like Ashara.

I like this one better. I dunno why, I just do. Zero looks cooler, I think that's what it is. I dig Ashara's coat, btw 2 *peace*

Getting Zero out of that "falling down" pose helped a lot, I think. I like Ashara's coat, too, Carrie. =)

Zero looks better now... Anyway, Shadowrun rocks. I've been playing it five years straight now.

Said before, will say again, nice world, crappy system. But, that's not important right now. What is important is that yes, Zero looks MUCH better, and when I get around to doing a THIRD pic, she'll look even BETTER (and sexier.. I always envisioned her as being REALLY vain and wanting to let everyone know how awesome her body is). Many thanks!

I found the detail and characters on the first pic better. I loved the incomming bullets.
Here the poses and composition are better (make the troll move a bit and it is perfect). The girls, especially the belly and groin of Zero, look a bit flat.

I think these pics scream for colour.

I like the design better in this one. But the Rand TroGuy's gun seems to be off (the end does not quite line up with the butt. What was great about the earlier pic was the gritty look it had, which felt appropriate to the situation depicted. Keep up the great work.
