I spend all this time shading and it just looks grey! Hopefully depth will come over time. I'll keep practising with it."

One thing I can offer to you as cronstructive critisism is to define your artwork, it is hard for many to see your fantastic peices! Keep up the good work!^^ S. McLogan replies: "By define you mean stand out and contrasty yeah? I do try my best but my scanner isn't really a fan of pencil sketches and I'm not too good at adding contrast by shading, not yet anyway. I have GIMP and I've tried to improve contrast with it but I can't work out how, anyone who knows please tell me!"
| 2 Jul 2004 | Emyln23 | Loading...g'day! heh. Ahem anyway your off to a great start on your gallery, i just have to agree with what the other ppl said about shading (ur better then me at shading i suck..really bad and my scanner hates everything i do so dont feel bad) S. McLogan replies: "What is it with scanners, they're all evil! Your shading is fine, it just needs to be smoothed out a bit. You use colours well too, something I most definately suck at!" | |
