	I'm doing a series of Sailor Moon busts, all in different media and with different techniques. This is the first one, and the inspiration for the series, Chibusa (aka Sailor Chibi Moon) outlined in coloured pens. She kinda looks like she's made out of those neon light tubes, hence Neon Lights Chibiusa! :D (The colours are a lot brighter in person, btw)
