Hihi! I'm Emily (as I'm sure it says *somewhere* on this page), and welcome to my little gallery! I've been drawing almost my entire life, but I've only learned to do it properly very recently. (By properly, I mean with perspective and such, which is really hard for someone with no depth perception whatsoever) I'm currently studying English Literature at a university in St. Catharines, Ontario, with a concentration in Young People's Literature (hopefully). I'm a big fan of JK Rowing, JRR Tolkien, Bernard Cornwell (read his Arthurian series! I'm not kidding!), Marion Zimmer Bradley, Charles de Lint, Anne Rice, O.R. Melling (a fantastic Irish-Canadian writer, whose books are based in Toronto!), stuff like that. My drawing style is very heavily influenced by anime, but I'm trying to broaden my horizons a bit and draw influence from other sources.
Well, the above is what's on my regular Elfwood page. I don't have much to add to it, except for the fact that fanart, specifically Sailor Moon fanart, is where I started drawing (beyond your typical grade-school stuff, of course). So expect a lot of that. And I mean, a *lot* of that. Ciao!
