Wow, your improvement is fantastic! ^_^ This one is absolutely beautiful. The way you used the tones and shades. It's got great lines. This one is your best and it looks great! You're awesome, Erin. ^_^

WWWWOWWWW! Erin, You're great. How awesome your artwork is. I'm sure glad that your mom asked what a Dryad is cause I didn't know either.

Love you and miss you!

1 Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf replies: "Thank you, aunt Kim! I love and miss you too! "

I really like this one... Especially that you can only see the back... The proportions fit and the shading is great...
I like the theme if a tree looks like a man, or a man looks like a tree ^^

:-) Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf replies: "Thanks! I had several photo references for this drawing, and one of them was a tree that seemed to have human body features. "

You should be very proud of this one. You have conveyed such feeling with this piece. Thank you for sharing your passion.

:-) Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf replies: "And thank you, Pana, for telling me how you feel about it. Such comments help confirm my calling. I appreciate it very much."

Good job. I personally find transformation art better when parts of the body are hidden, such as this one, where the head has probably melted into the torso. That makes it more interesting. Great work.

:-) Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf replies: "I appreciate your comment very much. ^__^"

Alright, i dislike to double-review. But the style was absolutely amazing. I strongly suggest you make more of this theme. It's amazing, and I am a fan of the art type. Thankyou very much.

:-) Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf replies: "Thank YOU very much! I'm delighted that you like it so much. I may make a sculpture of this dryad in the future. And I will definitely do more drawings in this style (white on colored paper). Thanks again for the encouragement!"

This is amazing2!!!!!!!!! I’ve seen several similar pictures like that, but this one is sooo simple and put down to the point that it’s just perfect as it is... To my taste, i’d given her a bit of a smaller foot2 great picture, really2! What did your teacher say about it?

:-) Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf replies: "Thanks! I don’t remember what the teacher said; it was so long ago. This drawing hangs in one of the offices at the college now. 1 As for the foot, I was trying for foreshortening (where the foot is closer to the viewer so it looks larger), but I think I didn’t convey that very well."

Holy Hell this is good!!! white crayon....you are very good!!!

:-) Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf replies: "Thank you! I haven’t done any drawings in a really long time, but if I do I might try this technique again."
