SciFi and Fantasy Art Mightier Than The Sword by Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf

(Note: This is a repaint of 'Potbellied Mouse Faery.') This little guy was inspired by the work of Brian Froud. His face is a little dog-like (I mean the fae, not the Froud), but his hands and feet are decidedly mousey. Is he coming to tickle you, or to slay you with his mighty feather?

Polymer clay, acrylic paint, feather from an unsuspecting bird. 6 1/2'' tall. Wings are fabric and translucent Sculpey.

He looks so alive and courageous! He must be a better version of Hercules or what not, hehe. He is an angelic looking fellow, this one. I also want to curl his tail around my pinky... It looks soft ...! Indeed he has a very dog like face, too. You did a magnificent job. Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf replies: "Thanks very much! He's my favorite.
