SciFi and Fantasy Art Cassius by Helen Louise Quayle

'The wizard Cassius sits idly on a rock in his favourite leopard shape as he enjoys the sun. In the distance his apprentice, Piper, tries out a zebra shape. Cassius is wondering whether or not he should tell his apprentice about the lionness sneaking up behind him, but it's better to let youngsters discover these things for themselves....' I like the idea of Cassius and I'm currently working on a picture of him in human - or wizard- form. Whether or not Piper in human form will be included all depends on if he escapes that lionness hiding in the grass. Painted in acrylic a while ago.
