Featuring, from left to right: Kim (my original character, just for the heck of it), Harry Potter from the books by the same name and Marrow from X-Men.

NOTE: If you really like Harry Potter, DON'T LOOK AT THIS PIC! And if you do, regardless my warning and leave a stupid comment, I'll be sure to burn your teeny tiny foolish comment to ashes and scoff at it! Ha! How's that for a warning, eh?
Ever wonder why I made this description so long? XD

So, anyway...
\begin{mode}{maniac}
Yes! YES! *evil maniac laughter* YEHEHEEESSS!!! Muahhahhahhaaa!
\end{mode}

If you don't recognize: Harry Potter is the one on the floor with the bone dagger struck through his torso. The one who did it is Marrow (walking away). And the kid yelling is the first original character of mine, the genderless telepath Kim.
I did not mean Harry to look like the actor in the movie (not that I even know how the actor looks. Haven't seen the movie, couldn't possibly care less). Unless Rowling has drawn him herself, we can't really know how he looks like, and therefore I as an artist have the liberty to draw him whatever way I wish, but of course I'll take note of the descriptions in the book.

You see the position Harry's legs are in? Anime style seems to do that to every girl drawn. In real life, I have seen only boys and people with leg injuries doing that unintentionally. Some girls do it intentionally, but I don't know why. I think it looks just plain ridiculous, not to mention stupid.

The case with HP books is this: It's not good fantasy. It's made to appeal to masses or ignorant people who know nothing about fantasy. If I remember correctly, even Rowling herself said that she doesn't know that much about fantasy... or was it that she doesn't care for fantasy much at all? Either way... All the rip offs have been stuffed into one book to make it seem original, which is not THAT bad but anyway. And the characters are some of the most horrible stereotypes I've ever seen and as thin as one hydrogen atom.
About stereotypes: The main character, Harry, is all nice, intentionally made sympathetic and all over just the kind who would be a typical 'hero', and all his flaws are basically caused by someone else, so he's not really flawed himself. Ron is his symphatetic but balancingly flawed best friend, of course. The girl stereotypes are even worse: e.g. Hermione is a girly bookworm who knows 'everything' but can't possibly take any part in the adventure and action part because she's a girl.

Hey, another note: I don't generally have anything against Harry Potter, J. K. Rowling, the actor in the movie, whoever he was, or anyone who's involved with Harry Potter. I just felt like drawing this, for fun. Published characters are there to be made fun of =) And I don't do this with Harry Potter only! I also make fun of for example Cyclops and some Pokemon (as you should be able to tell)...

And of course I apologize all Harry Potter fans and J. K. Rowling. So don't complain.

Wow! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DRAWING THIS PICTURE! I'm so happy you killed Harry Potter!!! YAY! lol... and there is a character named Spyke in the X-Men... hes from the show X-Men Evolution2 I know everything... lol

:-) V. E. Lehkonen replies: "Oh right. Well, I'll never draw X-Men fan art from any other source than the comics so... heh. And thanks =)"

*laugh* I'm a big Potter fan, but this made me giggle- especially because I like Marrow. I don't think it's one of your better pics: Marrow's pose looks unnatural and Harry's hands aren't great (Also, since you too seem to be something of a nitpicker, I'll just point out that Harry should be saying 'mUmmy' since he's a Brit). However, I'll say here that I love your Nightcrawler pic, and the genderbending Gambit.
To be honest, I really don't see what's so stereotypical about Harry Potter; as far as Hermione goes at least (I'm assuming by what you've said you've read at least some of the books), while she may be out of it in the end in CoS she has figured it all out and without her Harry and Ron wouldn't have been able to save Ginny. In PoA she's in on the ending and argues with Lupin, then rides with Harry to save Sirius, while in OotP she argues with Harry about whether they should leave Hogwarts and then fights alongside him (as do Ginny and Luna, two more girls) even though she doesn't think he should go.
Anyway, that's my twopenneth worth. ^_^

:-) V. E. Lehkonen replies: "You're right, it is a rather bad pic, being almost three years old... obviously... About the mummy thing, I think "mummy" is a dead person wrapped in bandages, that is, it has been mummified. I'm too literal, I know. I just have a problem calling mothers mummified corpses =P
I read the first four books (and don't know their names in English) but I've forgotten them already. Didn't strike me as memorable enough, so I won't go saying anything more... I think I wrote most of the description nearer to the time when I still remembered something.
Thanks anyway! =)"

You like expressing your hate..Or is it that you like to be sure that ppl know who and what you hate and that you dont care what people think of that. I think it would be healther if you focussed on improving you art styles and stop focussing on your art topics..I guess if thats you inspiration, go for it, but you are one phyco maniac..And children, please remember to lock your doors at night .

:-) V. E. Lehkonen replies: "It's totally ironic that I haven't drawn any "hate" pics for four years and instead have developed my style to where it is now. This picture is four years old and is best if interpreted as the result of a slightly frustrated and highly sarcastic 16-year-old mind – if it is considered with the issue of development in the first place. 2
Thanks!"

because my deep respect for you and your art but who listens to peope they don’t respect you know.
but didn’t we all sometimes just go on cursing rants ?i sure did
after reading your explaination i was somewhat disapointed that the drawing wasn’t as detailed as your words . all the same it was interesting to read and the pic was all right

first, don’t think of if as fantasy, think of it as literature, but i can understand your point of view. that being said; as a lover of both marvel and potter, i would of appreciated it if you at least spent more time on the pic. if your going to put it up, and going to rant and rave, the least you could do is make it top quality.
