This is a fantasy art web site not a history page, I happen to be a medieval re-enactor and could (if I wanted to) point out many many historical inaccuracies, but I'm not, because I believe in artistic licenses and I doubt that too many people on Elf Wood spend their free time hand sewing 8 meter dresses and worrying if the the set of bowls they just bought are period or not. Great picture! Elena Serrander replies: "Thank you!!!"

God, that woman is annoying.
Anyways, congrats and big hugs on Mods!

Excellent job definitely deserving of the mods choice. just what did you use? Elena Serrander replies: "Watercolour, Thank you so much for the comment!!!/Elena"
| 8 May 2005 | Emily | Loading...I also noticed the similarity between the dragon and knight, I also noted the design on the lady's vail and the border. | |
| 8 May 2005 | Sharier | Loading...Hey, he isn't wearing all this armor... not that that really matters, but what is his helm hooked onto?
I still like this picture. ^^ The nice soft pastel look to it, only think is... the next sceens is where the lady hacks of her hair, sells her jewls to buy armor and rides off to aid her love in his epic dragon battle. *nod nods* must draw that next.
| 8 May 2005 | Audrey | Loading...Haha. It looks like the horse is rolling his eyes. "Good God, man. Let's get going!"
Very good though. I love the colors and the composition.

| 8 May 2005 | Simi Landau *Muffin Queen* | Loading...There's so much I love about this picture! The wooden border really adds an element of medeival-ity, and I like how the dragon is in the corner and on the horse's blanket-thing as well. Poor lady...I do hope her knight returns! Congrats on Mod's Choice, Elena! | |
