I did it some years ago (3? 4?) and even if there are many things I don't like of it anymore, tecnically speaking, I still love the idea of the demon unable to look into the elf girl's eyes. It's about incomprehension. About the good in people that is so often misunderstood just because one always thinks to be the 'good'.

I love the composition in this. Especially the girl's position and the architecture in the background. It's wonderful.

This is a great piece. The stir of emotions and needed vindications are one of the best I have seen. Elena has alot of talent. I used this pic as the subject for a college English paper I had to do.

I have a completley different veiw on this picture. The dagger [girl] is evil although she looks good, and the demon with his roses is actually the good- don't base judgements on outer appearences. He looks so sad because every one rejects him, while the real evil is aloud to run free @_@

Absolutely breathtaking! Such a beauty and the beast. He has finally worked up the courage to make himself known to his from afar crush, and is now so shy he doesn't know what to do next? And she looks as if she is curious instead of repulsed implying that she is a very kind and accepting woman....I like it very much.

I think that the girl and the demon were forced lovers, but the demon really loved her and cared while she was repulsed. She has a dagger and he has a rose. I think he wishes to give her the rose and she wants to give the dagger to his heart. ^_^ Go meh because I'm probably way off.
