	Boredom ensues as the fair Lyata awaits her suitors. It's so rough being forced to marry a rich handsome prince, isn't it? * This one was basically a study in perspectives and shadows, two areas that I've been trying to work on... * Completely digital painting done in Painter (with a few minor touch-ups in Photoshop)

24 Mar 2003	Stessi Samford	Loading... Great job on the dress folds! I can't seem to get those right >_<. I love the pose too! Did you use a model? Because it sure looks like it! Very accurate. ^_^ Elisa Anya Jaeger replies: "The dress folds were kind of a pain and didn't turn out quite how I wanted them, but I guess they're ok...I used to do a lot of drape drawing back in fashion school Anyway, I did use a photo for reference on the body positioning, if you consider that a "model", which I suppose I do ;P Thanks for commenting!!!"

But how on earth did you make the... argh can't find the English word... the pattern at the buttom and top of the dress, it's so perfect. It's freaky how similar it is to the galla dress I've imagined for this, my senior year, in college.
