This is a portrait of the vampiress Ahriana, for Valerie again.  No, that's not her heart. It's more a symbolic thing.

Wow I love this picture. I think I have come back here about ten times just to look at it. The face, the heart and the body every thing is just truly amazing. Her face reminds me of somebody, she resembles the Brazilan supermodel Ana Bea Barros alot
