Imari, for N. Williford, is a woman under a dark magical compulsion, which is manifesting on the wall behind her.  She seems controlled but troubled. She seems to be a mixture of very intense things hidden under a very refined exterior. She seems light, but I think she is rather dark inside.  I have put a little less symbolism in than intended, but it is still there, although I like to leave my pictures open to interpretation, so I will leave it at that.
