William Blake is one of my favourite poets of all time, and this is a project I've been working on on and off since last year, as my interpretation of the poem "A Poison Tree."

" I was angry with my friend:
I told my wrath, my wrath did end.
I was angry with my foe;
I told it not, my wrath did grow...."

The devil here is not a victim, but rather the one who planted the seed, and now is enjoying the vengeance of many a foe who has fallen beneath her tree.

The detail you put in all your paintings is awe inspiring. The colors always look amazing, they have a way of blending seamlessly into eachother that gives the whole piece a really beautiful unity. I particuarly love the devil’s face she has such haunting eyes, I tend to come back to this one when I want to paint but don’t feel inspired.

SHEEEEES HAHAHAHAHAHHHHHHOOOOOTTTTTT, SMOKING! Really! emmmmm, yummy... The perfect Eve of Seduction and man’s destruction. I generally prefer to lay down with Angels, but Good God! She’s such a lovely vision of Death devine. Hell never looked better! It would be my infernal bad luck that this is really ole Lucifer himself parading around as hell’s hottest Drag-Queen and the morning after he’d stand up to pee as I screamed in horror and he’d cackle wickedly as he got ready to break out the old pitchfork... Dammit all, that’s just my immortal misfortuneas usual. I think you said she is modeled after you sorta, dang it Girl you should have little trouble if any bewitching your Dark Knight! Your mui Caliente Chica, Diablita...
