I think that some scenes looke better in black-and-white, myself. Some also look better in sepia. It all depends on the mood of the picture, and black-and-white suits the mood of this picture perfectly

I agree with Twyla and the anonymous above her! You did an amazing rendering of an Arabian horse, and some pictures get fore feelings to then when only black and white! I also like the Napoleonic style - keep it up!

Fantastic. My favorite detail in this is the fog-faded building in the background. It certainly adds to the mystery of the piece. The horse’s mane is beautiful. Lovely work!
