SciFi & Fantasy Artwork by David Stormo

David works for the Airport Inspection and since his work includes the occasional waiting time, he has time to draw and impress his colleagues or drive them to bouts of retching and nausea. He mainly likes to draw women, don't ask him why.

Hey there, great art. your thumbnails look a bit odd, but the actual pictures are awesome! I looked at them all but I'm to lazy to leave comments on them all lol.

:-) David Stormo replies: "Hey thanks for the comment and for stopping by! Yeah my thumbnails look odd... darker somehow. Very strange."

Nice, Rider, nice. The Anti-Paladin reminds me of Sauron a bit, but cool nonetheless.

:-) David Stormo replies: "Sauron? Why, because he's also wearing a helmet? Sauron's armour is much more spikey, and he weilds a mace, not a sword. But thanks for stopping by! RRRRNEEEAAAH!"

Love the pics Stormy, keep up the really good work, and ignore Silv. I really like the Anti-paladin, but I like the one of the Orc getting skewered, purely for the Orc. Did you use a WFB Orc for reference, because the similarity is uncanny.

:-) David Stormo replies: "Probably not since I don't know what you're talking about with WFB ^_^ Thanks for the comments, Loosh!"

Greetings, I am Lennart, you Gallery 784 neighbour.

Some of these things seem somehow familiar, do you by any chance read the Drizzt novels, I feel inspired to by those books, any how, keep it up.

Greetings, Good day & Good luck with you Battle vs Boredom.

:-) David Stormo replies: "Well, I never read any Salvatore, but I did play AD&D a lot when I was younger and I enjoyed the computer AD&D games very much too, so yes, indirectly, they've inspired me. Thanks for the comment and for stopping by!"

I like your pencil work 2 But I think it could look better with a harder pencil. Something about H maybe. In my opinion this one you use is a bit to soft and the harder one would make your pictures smoother. Anyway I like your pencil work 2 I think your shading is real good 2

:-) David Stormo replies: "A harder pencil would make things smoother, maybe, but it would also make things even lighter, and since I draw with a light hand, that wouldn't be such a good thing. Plus, I erase a lot, and harder pencils leave marks on paper. Thank you for the comment and thanks for stopping by!"

Great stuff Stormy, some of those are incredible others are just freaking beautiful 2

:-) David Stormo replies: "Thank you, you clump-wearing, cheese-eating, turnip-growing pink bunny! ^_^"
