	'They'll sweetly drown you if you get too close.' That is one of my favorite quotes from the movie Peter Pan. I knew I wanted to do a mermaid and this it how it turned out, and it reminded me of that quote. I think it fits perfectly. Done in pencil and colored in photoshop. Suggestions are welcome of course.

You ought to do a hurricane-themed mermaid pic where she's washed up on the beach, or some benevolent rescuer carries her back to the ocean from a tattered beach. 2 Feb 2006	~Mercedes	Loading... What?! Only ONE COMMENT!? Ahem...anyways. This is so wonderful ^^ I really love it! I especially adore her abdominal area for some reason, don't ask why. I just have some kind of abdominal area fetish I guess..heh. I also love the way you did her scales and the hair, and pretty much everything ^^ She is oh so beautiful. Keep up the great work!
