Tag As FavoriteComment		This section of Erde is the area where most of the material from my novel and stories is drawn. Uppsala, of course, is the capitol of the Empire. Selga, nestled on the Selgen River just south of Uppsala is an active river-port. Thelra is the Vigroth village where Ahllie and her Cordmates were birthed and raised. Hummel is a free trading port, the only major OutSider community not within the Uppsalan Empire. It's a place where OusSiders and natives trade together. Kyrrell Swamp and Rigga Sea play major roles in my stories and novel.

This reminds me of an aerial map. I like the brown tones, as well. Um, is the word at the bottom supposed to be 'Wead' or is there an 'l' missing? ~ Celt

Yes, Jarkko, there is an Uppsala in Sweden. It stands to reason that the earliest of the OutSiders would be from Norway and Sweden as their longships crossed the Atlantic long before European vessels strayed from coastal waters. Since explorers tend to name places after those in their homelands, the Americas are full of examples of this (Uppsala University in New York), it shouldn't surprise you that Uppsala and Sigtuna would be two of the first OutSider establishments in ancient Erde. Their histories tell of great Carnes that were built and how sacrifical groves sported human bodies hanging from the branches of sacred trees.

well, this maps are very good, but they look better in a thumbnail format. Maybe you would use more detailed handwork - not just a computer. Colours are OK, but pencil and photoshop can make a surprise for you.

The texture on this map is great! I'm not sure what you did this on, but it looks like it's on a canvas so it has this cool old kind of effect. Ever thought of zooming in on one of the main cities and doing a more detailed map?

Nice map, but if the continent is the size of Eurasia then Selga is very far from just south of Uppsala!

Yeah, Upsala is a town here in Sweden. I live only two hours away from it. It kind of suprised me, at a first look I tought it was a map over that part of Sweden. XD
