Tag As FavoriteComment		This griffin was hand-sewn from some cheap synthetic fur left over from a Hallowe'en costume, though I used felt for the beak and talons. He sits just over a foot high, with a wingspan of about sixteen inches, and is a bit understuffed. Those wings are actually quite floppy.

Factoring in the design process, this project took me more than twenty hours from start to finish, spread out over a four-day weekend . . . and then I had to wait for it to stop raining long enough to take a quick outdoor Polaroid.

Do you sell stuffed gryphons? I finally figured out how to make gryphons and a lot of people have been ordering them from me. AWWWW!!! so cute! 1 I want one too!! Although, if I tried to make a stuffed animal it would probably be named "blob". or maybe Bob. like, bob teh blob! lol
