9x12'' acrylic on canvas. Not much else to say about this one. Whenever I sit down to paint nothing in particular, it tends to turn out dragon-shaped.

First thing I thought when I saw this was: Now why can't I do a thing like that? I've been working with acrylics forever but I'm progressing ever so slow. Though I think it's partially cause you're seven years older then me 12 Anywayz, I absolutely love this. I think the beak is very nice, ans all the detail on the scales! I simply love it! The green eye and background make such a nice contrast with the red (complimentary colours, they work every time...). It has a birdlike look on it, that makes it very unique. Great piece!

Compare this to the other picture that got mods choice... And this would win.

He's lovely, in all his scaled glory! ^_^ I like the way you used complementary colors -- very nice work.

You didn't use crayolas?! *Lol*

This is EXCELLENT. It's hard to make dragons unique, and I like the ear flap-fan-whatever thing. NICE WORK.

I love how with all your dragons you relate their features to dinosours, it makes them look very realistic...as I'm sure you intended. It's how I think dragons would look and I don't understand why more people don't look to the gaint lizards that once lived on earth for insperation more often...whatever Nice picture. ^^
