	My aunt said she liked giraffes, and her daughter likes blue stars, and that is the inspiration for this faery. A cute little bugger if I do say so! (various pencils and prismas on rough sketch)

I'm not sure what the Elephant god of India is but it reminds me of a picture of it that Damini showed me once!Yes, I know it's a Giraffe, but the way you have it depicted and the trees and stars remind me of that sacred pic. It's funny you should mention India, I draw constant inspiration from different cultures, and India is one of my favorite inspirations! The elephant god is Ganesha, the son of Shiva, Hindu's Lord of Beginnings, and the benign remover of obstacles. I think at a later date I may do a painting of him, once I finish all my other million projects! Thank you for your lovely comment! "
