Remember the Rule of Three! Speaking of your work, miss, it seems there is room for improvement. Just a bit of constructive criticism. Would you be taking any art classes in your school right now? I would highly recommend it, seeing as how your figures could use a little work on their proportions, and often times taking an art class or two can completely remedy that problem. Proportional errors can often foil a beginning artist's attempts. Merry meet, merry part, and merry we shall meet again! Emily 'Raven' Werner replies: "I'm sorry, I'm afraid I'm not familiar with this "rule of three" you speak of. I do not believe what I said counts as talking about the person "behind their back", I was simply stating quite truthfully what Duo had done to further my ambitions to draw. As for the proportioning of my pictures, it's only a given that I'm not perfect. I'm just a beginner, so you needn't point out to me that I could use practice because I am already painfully aware of that." | |

| 11 Feb 2004 | Twitch | Loading...im sorry but to tell you the truth if you had more practice you might get better and the rule of three is jsut about light and perspective and well I dont know how to tell you this but some people have to heart to draw and some dont I feel your draw to just be a show off and not with feeling im sorry to say but I dont think that you have any potential Emily 'Raven' Werner replies: "Excuse me, Ms. "twitch", but if you would, please look above at my bio, where I have already clearly stated that I lack talent and potential, and then realize that although I lack potential, I still have pride enough to post my work. It would appear that either you aren't artistic enough to post your own work on this site, or you're too chicken to include your name and gallery so people can see if you really know what you're talking about when you speak of "potential". I already know I lack potential; did you know you lack punctuation?" | |

My name is Dan and I'm currently writing a tutorial here on Elfwood about Cartoon and anime drawings and I'd like to use one of your drawings (akira2_copy.jpg) as a sample of how you can retouch and enhance your work.
So I was wondering if you will let me borrow your drawing?
Obviously I will include credit and/or contact information!
Let me know if it's alright, contact me on MSN at inflatablelovesheep
The sooner the better! | |

Anyway, finally getting my feet more grounded etc. and checking out your work, which is AWESOME (my anime looks like someone stepped on it, and my fabric looks like someone might as well have)!!! ^_^
adios amigo,
