***Charming and graceful, this mermaid beckons you to follow her to the ruins of Atlantis...if you dare follow...*** Mermaids in my opinion, are of a dual nature and I don't see them as 'cold and unfeeling' because their lower halves are that of a fish, rather I feel they are very 'me'/ego orientated...so, should you follow her to the lost ruins of Atlantis, she's probably thinking 'Whats in this for me?' C'mon, she's a femme fatale that hangs out in an ocean full of baracudas, sharks, etc. so, be sure you can offer her something in return...or else... (Atlantis inspired theme piece for EA book submission) Watercolor, hint of gouache, done in two weeks time, I have no clue how many hours other than LOTS (was I suppose to keep track of time? ;P )
