I've kind of grainy, but I like that. The face markings are gorgeous - I love cheetahs. It would be neat to see this on a full body work, instead of just a bust. Beautiful neck, and shading. Somehow, her head seems to be not round enough; I feel I should see more of the roundness on the right side behind her ear. Just a thought. This is probably my favorite.

Oo, i love the bold markings..Great job on the shading, i think you have a cheetah there 2 but hey i could be wrong...Nice pict!

:-) Nelli J. Vanderburg replies: "Eh...you're probably right about it being a cheetah...the makeup book said leopard I think but...argh! I'm sorry!! *hides face, ashamed*But thanks for the comment!"

Hi. I LOVE your drawing. Your bold markings and fine detail capture an image that i can only imagine! I hope i can draw as well as you can when i get older. (I'm 13).

:-) Nelli J. Vanderburg replies: "Thank you so much, Chelsea! I appreciate you taking the time to look through my gallery and comment, and especially for the very FLATTERING tone of your comment. *basks in the flattering tone...*"

This is my favorite of you work. I love the texture of the peice.. it seems to capture an African feel to the picture. Also, i love the shape of the head. It's not just a human head with pointed ears. The shape of the skull itself seems to have feline characteristics. Good job!

:-) Nelli J. Vanderburg replies: "*Bows* I'm glad you like it. Thank you for visiting my gallery and actually commenting on a picture. *Bows again* Because I like to bow, that's why."

Hey Nelli,
This is great. I love body art and I think you should extend it to encompass the whole body. I'll be looking for more of your work here. By the way, in case you don't recognize the name, I'm your cousin that used to live in Walla Walla.
Deanna

:-) Nelli J. Vanderburg replies: "Oh, hi Deanna! Of course I remember. Thank you for coming to my page and actually commenting! I look forward to hearing from you again some time."
