  | The Roman God of the Sea in which the symbol represents the trident he carries. The two moons have the most bizarre orbits, one, Nereid, being ellyptical and taking about an Earth year to orbit, the second, Triton, moving in a tight six day circle around Neptune in the opposite direction of the planet's spin, the only moon in the solar system to do this. The thoery being that a couple other moons might have collides screwing up the orbits or the remaining two. |
