SciFi and Fantasy Art Akalankah - Slave Dancer by Erin J. Kluk

Akalankah is an original character for a story that's currently in a serious planning phase. His parents were killed when he was about 3 years old, and he has been a slave ever since. Due to his exotic appearance, he is used as a sword dancer and snake charmer to entertain guests, as well as being, erm 'sold' to them for the night if they can afford it. He is quiet and intelligent, in his mid-twenties. There is also a great deal more to him than meets the eye, much more than even he is aware of... Drawn (mostly) in mechanical pencil and colored in Photoshop. (This picture is much smaller than the actual size I drew it in. There is a detail also posted that shows the original size)

6 Mar 2008	Abdul Trojan Khalif	Loading... i am aware that you copied this idea from another artist. the character looks exactly like one of hers down to every last detail. also the idea that his master sells his body to people was from one of her characters too. it is hard to believe you both came up with the same idea. if you did, and this is just a misunderstanding, look at S. (Silverstris) Strand’s gallery, they are absolutely the same.
