Another Photoshop pic. This is my darling, Kaya Faolen Takashi, from my story 'Searching for Light'. People also call him 'The Wolf', for various reasons, one being his percieved ruthlessness, another that his middle name, Faolen, actually means 'wolf' in Gaelic. Anyway, he's the High Mage of Ardith, subject to Queen Ajeya, and, in short, is pretty much the most powerful mage in recorded history at only twenty-eight years of age. His story is rather complicated, but despite his power and reputation for ferociousness, he really is a peaceful, gentle person at heart, forced into a bad situation. He has a particular weakness for children in distress, as he himself was an orphan. Anyway, the stupid lighting in this picture was pretty difficult, and I'm not quite sure I'm entirely happy with it, but, overall, I really like this pic.

this is an iteresting series however here I thought I had that name already down... oh well that same name gose to a mischivious little charater called kai-ah or kaya for short. he is a changling and he uses his powers to be the comidy relife but when confronted with the main evil of the book alone he shows just how dangerous he can be. you never want to see a changling mad. anyway thats my kaya your kaya is cool never the less and I like the shadings you've done. ... espeacialy this one with the falming ball ready to strike. hum I wonder why he's holding back?
